Why is it necessary for a pregnant woman to eat a balanced diet? Is it just for her good or also for her baby's good? For us to understand the necessity of eating a balanced diet. Can you give us the important of it or can you give us an example? What about eating other foods, are there any effects of it to the mother and baby?
Balanced diet is a diet which include the three basic food groups which are the go, grow, glow foods in their right amount and proportion that makes us healthy. So, it is necessary for a pregnant woman to eat a balanced diet for her and for her baby's good health. Because, while the baby was still in the mother's womb, the baby was also benefiting to the nutrients that that mother is taking in. And even if, the baby was already born her or she was still benefiting by the mother's breast milk. But, if the pregnant woman or mother is taking in an insufficient foods, she will be unhealthy because of the lack of nutrients to her body. And there is a possibility that her baby will be malnourished because he or she has no nutrient to get from her mother.
So, for those pregnant women or mothers be responsible enough in taking foods. That you must eat a balanced diet and not an insufficient food. And you must also have your regular exercise. For you were not only considering your own health but specially for your your baby's good health.
